Füri Froggy (FUR186E)

A double bladed mezzaluna with a Füri-Grip™ rubberized handle in “froggy” green and protected by Füri Guard™ (antimicrobial inhibitors that are incorporated directly and permanently into the handle during the manufacturing process, giving the handle an added safeguard against microorganisms that can degrade it over time). Dual blades contribute ample stability and Froggy comes with a wooden chopping board that has a curved bowl for manageable cutting as well as a non-slip mat for securing the board on surfaces.

Füri Clean Cut Cutting Board Set (FUR130)

The 'Clean Cut' cutting board system is designed with hygiene and convenience in mind. It is based on the international colour code system for food equipment hygiene that is rapidly being implemented worldwide. The six flexible polypropylene (PP) cutting mats are colour coded for different food types to encourage awareness of cross contamination risks. The innovative and sturdy white polyethylene (PE) base locks the mats securely to prevent them from slipping and each mat can be easily and economically replaced when worn.


Füri Cutting Board Replacement Mats (FUR131)

Six replacement mats for the 'Clean Cut' cutting board systems. The tough and flexible polypropylene (PP) cutting mats are colour-coded for different food types, and lock into the solid base of either the white or oak bases. To avoid cross-contamination during food cutting, simply follow the colour-code system (e.g. green for vegetables, blue for seafood, yellow for poultry, etc).

The 'Rolls Royce' of the knife block world. Designed to overcome the serious hygiene and knife care issues of wooden knife blocks. Features a clear acrylic cover, plastic knife slots and easy to clean stainless steel construction, all combined to provide protection of knife blades for maximum safety and hygiene. Holds 9 knives of varying sizes and features a handy storage tray for other kitchen tools.
